🌾 Our Process – From Field to Table

At Phayaayara, every grain of rice tells a story — from fertile Thai soil to homes across the world. Our process is built on quality, traceability, and trust, ensuring that only the finest rice reaches our customers.

1. Sourcing & Selection

We partner directly with farmers in Thung Samrit, Nakhon Ratchasima and nearby regions — the heart of Thailand’s Hom Mali rice belt. Each batch of paddy is carefully pre-screened for purity, moisture, and uniformity before entering our mill.

2. Initial Grain Inspection

On arrival, paddy undergoes lab-grade testing for physical defects, moisture, and chemical safety. Only those that pass our standards move forward to storage.

3. Pre-Cleaning & Destoning

Advanced pre-cleaning machines remove dust, husks, and stones. A precision destoner separates heavy foreign particles, guaranteeing greater purity.

4. Polishing & Dehusking

The grains are husked and polished under strict control, removing the bran layer while keeping the signature aroma and texture of Thai Hom Mali rice intact.

5. Color Sorting & Defect Removal

Using high-speed color sorters, we remove discolored, yellow, or chalky grains. Any cracked kernels are filtered out, leaving uniform, premium grains.

6. Grading by Size & Quality

Rice is classified by type and length — whether whole, broken, or specialty rice (Hom Mali, White Polished, Brown Rice, Riceberry). Each category meets precise export standards.

7. Quality Testing & Certification

Every lot is tested for moisture, amylose content, and microbial safety. Our rice is certified by the Ministry of Commerce and meets GMP, HACCP, and Thai Hom Mali Certification Seal requirements.

8. Automated Packaging

We provide multiple pack sizes (5 kg, 15 kg, 25 kg, 48 kg) with options for private labels or export-grade branding. Each package is fully sealed and labeled with traceability codes.

9. Clean Storage & Warehouse

All finished goods are kept in temperature- and humidity-controlled silos, with ERP-monitored inventory management for FIFO (first in, first out) rotation and pest-free storage.

10. Logistics & Export Dispatch

Finally, rice is shipped worldwide through licensed logistics partners, using container haulage and barges to ensure smooth, on-time delivery.
