Yearly Exclusive Jasmine Rice is produced from the renowned KDML 105 (Khao Dawk Mali 105) variety, cultivated exclusively in the Thung Samrit area using 100% pure seed stock. The rice is grown in certified paddy fields that meet strict quality standards to ensure the highest quality yield — exceptionally soft, fragrant, and premium.

Early-season new crop jasmine rice is harvested fresh in October–November, then immediately moisture-reduced, milled, and packaged to preserve its freshness. This process allows customers to enjoy rice that is new, aromatic, and naturally soft, delivered straight from the rice fields.

Early-season jasmine rice contains a higher natural rice essence, giving it a remarkably soft texture. When cooking, less water is required. The grains release a distinct pandan-like aroma, a signature characteristic of authentic Thai jasmine rice. Once cooked, the fragrance becomes even more pronounced — noticeably more aromatic than mid-season or aged jasmine rice.
