Thung Samrit Jasmine Rice refers to the KDML 105 Thai Hom Mali Jasmine variety, cultivated once a year (rain-fed farming) in the Thung Samrit area, where a natural underground salt layer enriches the soil and enhances the rice’s distinctive natural fragrance.

The area spans 14 districts of Nakhon Ratchasima Province and is one of the most important agricultural zones in Northeastern Thailand.

It is also historically renowned for the “Thung Samrit Heroic Legend”, where Khunying Mo (Ya Mo) led the people of Korat to victory against the Vientiane army.

This rice is safe, certified, and premium-quality, with long, slender, glossy grains. When cooked, the rice remains whole, soft, and aromatic, releasing a natural pandan-like fragrance unique to authentic Thai jasmine rice.
